Really poor quality on a lot of the re-releases from Network. I suspect they downloaded scene release VBR's for the masters.
It's strange because most of the releases were available on CD.

I concur, tracks 1+4 don't even reach 15kHz on the spectograph, that is less than an MP3 at 128kbps would achieve

that really sucks! Why would they use bad mastering on their own label's releases? Don't they have access to the original master files?
